Homemade Hazelnut Milk

 


Making your own nut milk could not be simpler! Hazelnuts give a wonderfully creamy milk which works great in porridge or overnight oats! 

You will need:

 

40g Hazelnuts

400ml Water 

1 Date 

 

Step 1: Soak your hazelnuts in some water for up to four hours, the longer you leave them the easier they will be to blitz!

Step 2: Drain and rinse the nuts. Add them to a blender with 1 date and 400ml water...blitz 

 

Step 3: Once smooth pour through a sieve. *save the nut pulp* 

 

Step 4: Chill and enjoy!
