Tropical Smoothie Bowl

 Start your day with a refreshing smoothie bowl!

You will need:

1 Banana sliced and frozen 

1 Cup frozen mango chunks

1 Cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 Cup almond milk 

 

Method:

In a blender, pulse banana, mango, and pineapple with almond milk until smooth but still thick, stopping and stirring occasionally. Add more liquid if needed. Put into 2 bowls. 

Top with chopped almonds, shredded coconut, fresh kiwi, mango and blueberries.
