Breakfast Super Shake

This smoothie is high in natural fats and sugar - ideal if you need some fuel for intense exercise like a morning HIIT workout. 

- 100ml Milk 

- 2tbsp Natural Yoghurt 

- 1 Banana

-150g Frozen Blackberries, Raspberries 

- 50g Blueberries 

- 1tbsp Chia Seeds

- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

- 1tbsp Goji Berries 

- 1tsp Mixed Seeds

- 1tsp Honey 

Put the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
