Stand up Paddle boarding

Enjoy the sun shining on your skin, the sound of birds chirping, and the peaceful lull of the water beneath you. Stand-up paddle boarding will challenge your balance and help improve your core strength, but it's so leisurely that you'll forget it's exercise- until the next day that is!

Tennis

healthy dose of competition on the court will keep your body and mind healthy for years to come. In fact, research has shown that regular participation in this lifelong sport can significantly decrease anxiety and depression

Volleyball

Grab a few friends for a game of beach volleyball. This team sport encourages communication and focus, and after chasing down a few wild balls, you'll feel like you're getting a workout, too.

Kayaking

Again like paddle boarding there is nothing more peaceful than a morning paddle. A great workout for your arms and core plus you get to take in some new sights!
